The application relates to a method for
Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation of seedless genes of
Morinda citrifolia. The technical scheme is as follows: taking the root section of the
Morinda citrifolia aseptic test-tube
seedling with subculture for 30 days as an explant, adopting the
Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method to introduce the seedless
gene into the
Morinda citrifolia root section; the Morinda citrifolia aseptic
seedling root section is pre-cultured in 3% MS
liquid medium for 3 days, is infected with
Agrobacterium tumefaciens liquid for 20 minutes, is dark-cultured on a co-culture medium for 3 days, is placed on a resistance screening medium for culture for 20 days, is subjected to screening culture, and the resistance
bud differentiation rate of the explant is counted; the beneficial effects are as follows: the Morinda citrifolia aseptic
seedling root section is taken as the explant, the
Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method is adopted to introduce the seedless
gene into the Morinda citrifolia root section, the Morinda citrifolia is seedless, the
industrial waste residue is reduced when the Morinda citrifolia is squeezed in the future, meanwhile, a technical method can be referred to for transformation of other exogenous genes of the Morinda citrifolia, and a foundation is laid for subsequent identification of
functional genes of the Morinda citrifolia.
