By adopting the method, the quality of the sweet cherries can be well maintained in the early storage period, the analysis on the activity change of catalase, peroxidase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and other related enzymes proves that the dehydration rate of fruits in the storage period can be obviously reduced through abscisic acid treatment, the rotting rate of the fruits can be reduced, the high commodity value and edibleness value can be kept for a long time, the capability of resisting external environment stress, especially microorganism infection of the sweet cherries is enhanced, the preservation effect is superior to that of the control group, and the storage performance of the sweet cherries can be improved, so that the method is a safe and effective simple method for preserving the sweet cherries.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (A) mixing a thermoplastic butylbenzene segmented copolymer, dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and an initiator, and reacting so as to obtain a reaction product; and (B) mixing the reaction product with a mesoporous molecular sieve, thereby obtaining the antifouling coating material. As the thermoplastic butylbenzene segmented copolymer, the dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and the initiator are mixed and reacted to obtain a fluorinated copolymer, due to addition of a dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate fluorine-containing monomer, the surface property of a copolymer coating is effectively degraded, so that the coating has certain anti-wettability, can prevent the surface of the coating from being moistened by microorganism secretion mucus, thereby inhibiting adhesion of microorganisms. As the fluorinated copolymer is mixed with the mesoporous molecular sieve, special micro-nano morphology is formed on the surface of the coating because of the dopant; because of the morphology, the surface anti-wettability of the polymer coating is further improved, and the antifouling effect on the fluorine-containing coating is well improved.

Preservation method for processing sweet cherry by salicylic acid

The invention discloses a preservation method for processing sweet cherry by salicylic acid. The method comprises the following steps: soaking sweet cherry fruits with uniform size and without mechanical injury in an aqueous solution of salicylic acid, taking out the sweet cherry fruits, and airing; and putting the aired sweet cherry fruits into an open PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film bag, storing at 4 DEG C and with relative humidity of 78% for 6h, binding the bag, and storing at 4 DEG C. The analysis on the change of some sensory quality of fruits during storage after picking and on the change of catalase activity, peroxidase activity, phenylalnine ammonialyase and other related enzymatic activity proves that through the treatment with salicylic acid, the water loss rate and the total soluble solid decrease rate of sweet cherry in the storage process can be effectively lowered, the rotting rate of sweet cherry is lowered, the high commercial value and edible value of sweet cherry can be kept for a long time, the capability of resisting outside threat, especially threat of microorganism infection, of sweet cherry is enhanced, the preservation effect is obviously superior to that of a control group, and the storage performance of sweet cherry is improved. The method is a safe, effective and simple preservation method of sweet cherry.
