The invention discloses a triazine weedicide, and metabolite molecular engram polymer microspheres, a preparation method and an application thereof, which relate to molecular engram polymer microspheres and a preparation method and an application thereof and are used for solving the problem that the conventional molecular engram polymer can only specially absorb one kind of substance and realizing the effect of separating and enriching a plurality of triazine pesticide residues in a sample respectively. The molecular engram polymer microspheres are prepared by the following steps of: dissolving double template molecules and methacrylic acid into acetonitrile; oscillating; adding trimethylolpropane trimethylacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile; performing ultrasonic treatment, charging nitrogen, removing oxygen and sealing; and heating in a constant-temperature water bath, cooling, grinding, sieving, eluting and drying. The molecular engram polymer microspheres are applied to a filling material of a solid phase extraction column. A product obtained in the invention has the advantages of high specificity, large absorption amount, wide application range, simple method and low cost. High specific separating and enriching characteristics on the triazine weedicide are achieved, the recovery rate is 65-110 percent, and the requirement of multiple residues can be met.

Method for preparing hydrophilic molecular imprinting microsphere by using ionic liquid as novel functional monomer by suspension method

The invention relates to a method for preparing hydrophilic molecular imprinting microsphere by using ionic liquid as a novel functional monomer by a suspension method. The method is characterized bycomprising the following steps: (1) synthesizing iminazole type ionic liquid with double-bond carboxylic acid by using alkyl imidazole and brominated trialkyl crylic acid; (2) adding a dispersing agent into water and stirring the water until the dispersing agent is fully dissolved; (3) carrying out self-assembly on template molecules and functional monomers; (4) mixing trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, an initiating agent and a diluent; (5) mixing the three solutions, leading N2 to an obtained mixed solution and then sealing the mixed solution; (6) washing a polymer obtained by the reactionby an organic solvent; and (7) airing the polymer at normal temperature to obtain the hydrophilic molecular imprinting microsphere. The invention has the advantages that the synthesized molecular imprinting polymer has the characteristics of controllable size, strong rigidity, good hydrophilicity and high selectivity and is quite suitable for the enrichment, the separation and the analysis of analogs in foods, biological samples and aquatic environment samples.

Preparation method of surface imprinting CdS compound photocatalyst based on magnetic carbon material

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of environmental materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a surface imprinting CdS compound photocatalyst based on a magnetic carbon material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: coating the surface of Fe3O4 with a C layer on as adopting the Fe3O4 as a carrier, loading CdS to prepare a CdS@C@Fe3O4 compound photocatalyst, and modifying the surface of CdS@C@Fe3O4 by utilizing polyethylene glycol-4000; preparing the magnetic surface imprinting CdS compound photocatalyst by taking the CdS@C@Fe3O4 as a base body, ciprofloxacin as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, trimethylol-propane trimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent and azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator by adopting a surface imprinting technology and an ultraviolet light-induced polymerization method. The surface imprinting CdS compound photocatalyst is relatively conveniently, fast and efficiently separated and recovered and has the very high selectivity on photodegradable ciprofloxacin in a binary mixed-phase antibiotic solution. According to the method, photo-induced electrons and a photo-induced cavity of a common CdS photocatalyst are separated to the greatest degree due to the introduction of the C layer, so that the photocatalysis activity of the photocatalyst is enhanced.

Methacrylate polymer solid-phase micro-extraction fibre and method of producing the same

The invention relates to a methacrylate polymer solid phase micro extraction fiber and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a solid phase micro extraction. A fiber is provided with a stainless steel substrate which is a stainless steel wire, and one end of the stainless steel wire is provided with a methacrylate polymer coating. The preparation steps of the invention are that: one end of the stainless steel wire is cleaned with water and dried after being ultrasonically cleaned by an acetone solvent and an ethanol solvent; trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, toluol and azodiisobutyronitrile are added to the methacrylate in sequence, then ultrasonic blending process and nitrogen flushing and deoxygenizing process are conducted, and then a prepolymerization blended solution is obtained; the prepolymerization blended solution is injected to a glass point sampling capillary by a microliter syringe, then the stainless steel wire is vertically inserted into the central part of the point sampling tube, and the two ends of the point sampling tube are sealed by rubber, then the point sampling tube is placed into an oven for polymerizing and cross linked at a certain temperature. After a polymer solution is solidified at the surface of the fiber, the point sampling tube is soaked in a hydrofluoric acid solution for a certain period, then the glass tube wall is removed, and then the solid phase micro extraction fiber is obtained.

The invention discloses a method for preparing 2-methyl-2-propenoic acid 2-ethyl-2-[[(2-methyl-1-oxo-2-propenyl)oxy]methyl]-1,3-propanediyl ester, which comprises the following steps of: (1) putting main materials of trimethylolpropane and methacrylic acid into an esterification reaction container, adding a solvent, adding a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor A, and performing mixing reaction to obtain a reaction material; (2) controlling the pressure in the esterification reaction container to be -0.04 to -0.08MPa, raising the temperature in the esterification reaction container until reflux flows out, keeping the temperature, and beginning cooling to normal temperature until no reflux flows out or an acid value in reaction solution is detected to be 30-50mgKOH / g; (3) transferring the reaction material to a washing container, adding alkali liquor, controlling the pH value of the reaction material to be 7-8, standing until the reaction material is layered, and discharging wastewater on the lower layer; and (4) transferring the reaction material of which the wastewater is removed to a distillation container, adding a polymerization inhibitor B, vacuumizing the distillation container, and distilling to remove methylbenzene to obtain the product. The product is high in purity, good in color, and high in yield.
