The diisocyanate is reacted with hydroxyl radical on the surface of graphene oxide, and then the modified graphene is obtained after reduction; then the modified graphene is reacted with hydroxyl-terminated polyester, isocyanate on the surface of the modified graphene is reacted with terminal hydroxyl groupto enable the graphene and polyester to be chemically bonded to obtain modified polyester masterbatch; and after the modified polyester masterbatch melts spinning, the modified polyester masterbatch is crossed, wound or connected to obtain the modified polyester fabric. In order to increase the graphene loading, the hydroxyl-terminated polyester is preferred to be hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranchedpolyester. The fabric for the protection of the pneumonia germs based on the graphene and the preparation method of the fabric can significantly improve the load fastness of the graphene on the fabric by chemical bonding, and then the protective durability of the fabric against the pneumonia germs is improved.
