The invention provides an
ultrasound-electromagnetic composite energy field
continuous casting method for
alloy steel. According to the method, refined steel melt is continuously cast and formed under the
joint action of ultrasounds and an
electromagnetic field, the function of the electromagnetic energy field is achieved through electromagnetic stirrers, and the electromagnetic stirrers are arranged at a secondary cooling section and the solidification
tail end; stirring is conducted through a rotation
magnetic field, coils of stirrer bodies are used for hollow
copper pipe inner cooling, the electromagnetic stirrer body at the secondary cooling section is arranged behind a crystallizer by 1m-3 m, and the electromagnetic stirrer body at the solidification
tail end is arranged in front of a throwing
machine by 3 m-6 m. An ultrasonic energy field is achieved in the manner that high-temperature resisting
ceramic tool heads of two sets of ultrasonic devices are directly and symmetrically inserted in melt at the part away from the edge part of a
melt pool by the 1 / 4 of the
diameter, and the inserting depth ranges from 20 mm to 70 mm. An
alloy steel cast
ingot prepared through the method is uniform in structure, the isometric
crystal proportion is high, few air hole and
porosity defects exist, the production efficiency is high, and the method is suitable for batched production.
