The invention discloses a phenolic resin
wastewater processing method and a special-purposed device. The phenolic resin
wastewater processing method comprises the following steps: phenolic resin
wastewater is mixed with Ca(OH)2, and a pH value is regulated to 10-12; a coagulation and
sedimentation reaction is carried out; a pH value is regulated to 3-5; a
Fenton reaction is carried out; a pH value is regulated to 7-10, and
solid-liquid separation is carried out; a hydrolytic acidification-anaerobic
fermentation process is carried out; a contact oxidation reaction is carried out; and secondary
sedimentation is carried out. The special purposed device comprises the sequentially connected components of: a wastewater feeding tank, a coagulation and
sedimentation reaction rank with a first feeder, a
Fenton reaction device with a second feeder, a
solid-liquid separation device with a third feeder, a hydrolytic acidification tank, an anaerobic
fermentation tank, a contact oxidation reaction rank with an
aeration device, and a secondary sedimentation tank. With the
processing method,
pollutant content in the processed wastewater reaches a
discharge standard. The operation is simple, control conditions are less, and cost is low.
