The invention discloses a preparation method of an agricultural and
forestry waste adsorbing material for treatment of printing and
dyeing wastewater. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, premixing short-chain acid and long-chain acid, and carrying out a pre-reaction at a certain temperature for a certain period of time to obtain high-activity mixed acid; S2, uniformly blending
bagasse,
straw,
straw fiber waste and the mixed acid, adjusting the
moisture content of the formed mixture to a certain
moisture content, putting the mixture into
microwave equipment, and carrying out a reaction for a certain period of time at a certain power to obtain a mixed acid
cellulose ester crude product; S3, carrying out washing, suction
filtration and
drying to obtain a mixed acid
cellulose ester product; and S4, with
sodium alginate as a forming agent, subjecting
sodium alginate and the obtained mixed acid
cellulose ester to heating and blending, and carrying out cooling, crosslinking and curing molding to obtain a spherical adsorbent. According to the method, the
bagasse,
straw and
rice straw are used as raw materials to prepare composite cellulose ester through the compositeesterification effect of short-chain acid and long-chain acid, and the composite cellulose ester is compounded with
sodium alginate to prepare the adsorbing material which can effectively treat printing and
dyeing wastewater.
