The invention discloses a new energy coupling thermal power generating unit power generation, energy storage and peak regulation combined system and an operation method. The system comprises a solar power generation device, a wind power generation device, a lithium battery, a power station boiler, a high-pressure turbine, a low-pressure turbine, a generator, a low-temperature heater, a high-temperature heater and a power grid. The solar power generation device is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with the lithium battery, and the other path is communicated with the grid; the wind power generation device is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with the lithium battery, and the other path is communicated with the power grid; an outlet of the power station boiler sequentially communicates with the high-pressure turbine and the low-pressure turbine, and an outlet of the low-pressure turbine is sequentially communicated with the low-temperature heater and the high-temperature heater; the generator is connected with the low-pressure turbine; the output end of the generator is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with a power grid and the other pathis communicated with lithium batteries. Under the condition that wind power generation or solar power generation is sufficient and stable, according to the first scheme, all power generation capacities are directly sent into a power grid to be used by users, and according to the second scheme, part of electric quantity is input into the lithium battery for energy storage through the inverter.
