Working media in evaporation sections of heat pipes absorb heat to vaporize, flow to condensation sections under the action of steam pressure and carry the heat to the condensation sections. Working medium steam in the condensation sections cools, is liquefied, releases heat and transfers the heat to heating media, so the temperature of the heating media rises. The working media flow back to the evaporation sections to participate in a next heat cycle under the action of capillary force of liquid absorption cores of the heat pipes. The heating media at a rising temperature are discharged from a liquid drain pipe and subjected to heat transfer with a generator, the temperature of the heating media is lowered, and then the heating media flow into a liquid collection tank through a liquid inlet pipe and receive the heat of the tail gas cyclically. By the adoption of the heat-convertible heat pipe exchanger, refrigeration is not needed or a refrigeration load is small, so the contact area between the evaporation sections of the heat pipes and the gas chamber is reduced; the part needing heat requires much heat, so the contact area between the evaporation sections of the heat pipes and the gas chamber is increased. The heat exchange amount of the heat-convertible heat pipe exchanger can be controlled, and the heat-convertible heat pipe exchanger can meet the requirement of the part needing heat for energy supply on different conditions and has very high safety and flexibility.
