According to the invention, the system is powered by a large capacity lithium battery, and is characterized by simple construction, safe application, time saving and labor saving and wide application range. According to the invention, the system herein is provided with a meteorological system, data is real-time transmitted to the backend host computer which determines the meteorological information, a corresponding control signal is transmitted to the routine inspection robot based on the result of the determination so as to determine whether the routine inspection robot needs to return to the protection box or continue automatic routine inspection.

A vertical flow artificial wetland, a horizontal subsurface flow wet land and a reservoir are combined into a vertical structure from top to bottom. Circular treatment of sewage is achieved by laying a water level monitor to control the operation condition of a circulating pump, and each batch of sewage treatment capacity and treatment time are controlled and regulated by matching with a relay. Compared with a traditional artificial wetland, the backflow vertical wetland sewage treatment process has the advantages of being small in floor area, large in hydraulic loading, low in energy consumption, easy to operate and quick to remove pollutants; the conventional effluent water quality indicators CODCr, SS, TN and NH4<+>-N are much lower than the concentration threshold (GB18918-2002) defined by the first grade A standard of urban sewage treatment; the pesticide content in the effluent accords with the hygienic standard for drinking water (GB5749-2006); and the heavy metal content of the effluent reaches the surface water class II water standard (GB3838-2002). According to the backflow vertical wetland sewage treatment process, automatic treatment of the artificial wetland sewage is achieved, and the problem of poor single removal effect on organic matters and nitrogen pollutants in sewage through the artificial wetland is solved.

The method has the advantages that: firstly, the distributed type treatment method is adopted in the invention, the flexibility is high, the cost is low, the mud amount is small, and the management is convenient; secondly, polypropylene elastic tridimensional packing material adopted inside the anaerobic contact device has large specific surface area, the biomass is large, and the treatment efficiency of the sewage is strengthened; blocking is unlikely to happen; a subsequent sediment facility is not required to be arranged; thirdly, the secondary (or multistage) anaerobic contact process is adopted to ensure organic substances to be fully degraded, and to ensure the operation of the system to be stable and the drainage to reach the standard; and fourthly, after being connected, marsh gas pipes arranged in a monomer way performs the centralized collection, no smell exists, and the safety performance of the system is enhanced.
