According to the method, an additive solution formed by a wetting agent, organic acid, inorganic salt and a polymeric flocculant is fed into desulfurized slurry, and the wetting agent reduces the surface tension of the desulfurized slurry and enables fine particulate matters in flue gas to be in contact with liquid drops of the desulfurized slurry and then to enter the liquid drops, so that the collision capture efficiency is increased, and SO2 can be well dissolved and absorbed; the organic acid and the inorganic salt are capable of buffering the pH of the desulfurized slurry, so that the dissolution of lime stone and the reaction between SO2 and the lime stone can be promoted; the polymeric flocculant is capable of achieving an absorption bridging effect among fine crystal grains and between the fine crystal grains and coarse crystal grains in the desulfurized slurry so as to promote growth of the fine crystal grains, so that the fine particle quantity at the outlet of the desulphurization system caused by entrainment of the desulfurized slurry can be reduced. After the method is adopted, the trapping effect of the liquid drops of the desulfurized slurry on the fine particles in the flue gas is improved, the formation of the fine particles of the wet desulphurization system is reduced, and removal of SO2 can be promoted.
