The invention relates to the technical field of
inorganic chemical manufacturing and in particular relates to a method for making high-purity refined
sulfuric acid. The method comprises the followingsteps: 1, equipment transformation; 2, cycle
pickling purification of fuming acid; 3, circulating absorption of a
sulfuric acid reagent; and 4, degassing of the
sulfuric acid reagent. Since the quality of the
reagent acid is reduced by dust and other particles contained in
flue gas, the
flue gas is subjected to washing purification with fuming sulfuric acid, the purified
flue gas enters a sulfuricacid reagent absorption
tower to be absorbed again, the product can further achieve high purity, and the method has the
advantage of low production cost. Since a fuming sulfuric acid purification
tower is arranged and the high-concentration fuming circulating acid is adopted for circulating absorption, the
absorption rate of the fuming sulfuric acid purification
tower can be further reduced, theconcentration of furnace gas SO3 entering the sulfuric acid reagent absorption tower is ensured, production of the sulfuric acid reagent is stabilized, and consumption of steam and other
heat energy is avoided. Therefore, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low production
energy consumption and low production cost.
