The high-frequency pulse digital ground resistance tester comprises a power source, a high-frequency pulse generator, ameasured ground resistor circuit, an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, an MCU and a display device. The power source is used for supplying electric power to the tester. The high-frequency pulse generator is used for generating 20KHz square waves with the duty ratio being 50%, and inputting the square waves into the measured ground resistor circuit.
