The invention discloses a device for removing freeze-adhered coal on the surface of a belt. The device comprises a stripping mechanism and a sweeping mechanism, wherein the sweeping mechanism is located behind the stripping mechanism; the stripping mechanism is composed of spiral rollers (2), a spiral roller support (1), a spiral roller bearing (5), supporting rollers (3), a supporting roller support (12), a supporting roller bearing (4), a compression adjusting mechanism support (6), a screw rod (7), a nut sliding block (8), a limiting shaft sleeve (10) and a spiral roller support connectingbearing (9); and the sweeping mechanism is composed of a scraping plate (17), a scraping plate support (14), a support connecting rod mechanism (15), an electro-hydraulic push rod (16) and a scrapingplate supporting carrier roller (18). According to the device, when the belt (11) runs, the spiral rollers (2) and the supporting rollers (3) are driven to rotate, so that the freeze-adhered coal powder attached to the surface of the belt are effectively stripped off, the freeze-adhered coal powder are transferred to the ground on the two sides of the belt through the sweeping mechanism, and therefore the phenomenon that the belt is wrapped and even damaged due to the fact that the freeze-adhered coal powder are attached to a rotating guide roller is prevented.
