The invention relates to a device for separating and extracting a
virus in water and a method for extracting
sapovirus in water and belongs to the field of extraction of viruses in the water. The invention aims at solving the technical problem that the existing microbiological filter can leak the air easily and provides a method for extracting the
sapovirus in the water with high extraction efficiency, less product extraction interference and extracted product applicable to multiple detecting platforms. The device for separating and extracting the
virus in the water is characterized in that a
storage tank is provided with a dome, an arc-shaped
throat is formed in the dome, an edge rolling outside is formed at the bottom of a top cover, the top cover is inserted inside from the arc-shaped
throat and is blocked in the arc-shaped
throat by virtue of a sealing ring, lugs are symmetrically arranged at the top of the top cover, a lever is respectively arranged in each lug, a water outlet
pipe penetrates through the dome to be inserted into the bottom of the
storage tank, the air inlet
pipe is connected with a
nitrogen pressure tank, the water outlet
pipe is connected with a filter, and the filter is connected with a filter membrane support. The method for extracting the
sapovirus in the water comprises the following steps: filtering a
water sample, eluting with a
beef extract solution, treating by adopting an
isoelectric point sedimentation method and then centrifuging, remelting and carrying out secondary concentration, and then extracting
nucleic acid, so that extraction of the sapovirus is completed. The device and method provided by the invention are used for separating and extracting the
virus in the water.
