The invention relates to a cooling
water supply system and a buffer
water supply method thereof. The
system comprises a fast cooling water tank, fast cooling collecting pipes, a fast cooling
water supply pump, a speed regulating device and a fast cooling overflow
pipe, wherein the fast cooling water tank is communicated with a laminar flow water tank through a laminar flow overflow
pipe; the fast cooling collecting pipes are communicated with the fast cooling water tank through a fast cooling water supply
pipe; the fast cooling water supply pump is arranged on the fast cooling water supply pipe; the speed regulating device is arranged between the fast cooling water supply pump and a motor and communicated with a hot rolling
production line through a logic circuit; one end of the fast cooling overflow pipe is arranged in the fast cooling water tank, and the other end extends into a water return groove. The method comprises steps as follows: the laminar flow water tank and the fast cooling water tank are filled with cooling water; when the hot rolling
production line transmits a flying shear loading
signal, the speed regulating device performs speed increase regulation; when the head part of band steel on the hot rolling
production line is close to the first fast cooling collecting pipe, a
spray nozzle of the fast cooling collecting pipe is opened; when the
tail part of the band steel leaves the last fast cooling collecting pipe, the speed reducing regulation is performed. The
system and the method can meet requirements of the hot rolling production line for water supply amount and
water pressure under the ultra-fast cooling process condition.
