The wave maker is composed of a water tank, servo motors, a wave making plate, a water injection pipe, a filtering net and a wave making film; the water tank, the filtering net and the wave making film form an enclosed water area; the servo motors drive a structural support and the wave making plate to make reciprocating motion via a driving rod so as to form initial waves; the wave making plate composed of eight modules, and the modules are driven by different servo motors to make waves in different frequencies; the water injection pipe is controlled by a computer, and water whose amount is calculated in advance is injected along the wave making plate; the filtering net turns waves which are spread in the inclined direction under effect of a flow deflector; and the wave making film is supported by a steel skeleton which moves along a track, and used to merge waves and eliminate clutters. The wave making precision is improved, and the engineering practicality is high.
