The invention discloses a two-stage thermoelectric power generation
waste heat utilization device. The two-stage thermoelectric power generation
waste heat utilization device comprises a hot source, asemiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet and a liquid flow-type thermoelectric chemical
battery system, wherein the liquid flow-type thermoelectric chemical
battery system comprises an
electrolyte, an
electrode, a
heat sink and a water pump, a hot side of the
semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet is in contact with the hot source, a
cold side of the
semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet is in contact with the
electrolyte, and primary power generation is performed under
temperature difference; and the
electrolyte passes through a surface of the
semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet and the
heat sink under the action of the water pump to respectively form a high-temperature electrolyte and a low-temperature electrolyte, the electrolyte forms a thermoelectric chemical battery in the high-temperature electrolyte and the low-temperature
electrode, and secondary power generation under the
temperature difference of the electrolyte is performed. Two types of thermoelectric power generation technologies are combined to use, the characteristics of mobility and relatively low
working temperature zone of the thermoelectric chemical batteryare fully utilized, meanwhile, cooling of the
cold side of the semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet and secondary utilization of waste energy are achieved, and the generated power of the semiconductor thermoelectric power generation sheet and the total
waste heat utilization rate are improved.
