The invention discloses an automatic
analysis method for the shape of a deformed
long bone, and the method comprises the steps: firstly training a thighbone
detector, a shape model and a local model according to a thighbone X-
ray film set; detecting the position and the size of the
femur in the X-
ray film through a trained
detector; taking the position and the size as initial values of the trainedshape model, and fitting the thighbone contour; and finally, according to the positions of all the feature points after fitting, drawing anatomical axes of all bone segments of the
femur, joint walking lines and the like. When the method is applied to measurement, a result is almost consistent with a manual measurement result, and time consumption is superior to that of a traditional measurementmethod. When the
analysis method is applied to automatic malformation analysis, image data can be utilized most effectively,
image deformation is avoided, automatic line drawing, measurement and otherfunctions can eliminate line drawing errors,
protractor errors, reading errors and other manual errors, and
repeatability is good. The
analysis method can meet the precision requirement of the orthopedics department, the burden of doctors can be remarkably relieved, and the working efficiency is improved.
