After activation with dilute acetic acid and modification with KH-550, the problem of nanofiller agglomeration is effectively solved, achieving mechanical interlocking with the nylon matrix. The preparation process of this invention is controllable, and the resulting composite material, compared with pure PA6, exhibits significantly improved tensile strength and surface hardness, no significant decrease in elongation at break, and significantly optimized wear resistance. It possesses excellent overall performance and is suitable for high-end equipment structural components under high load and high friction conditions, showing promising prospects for industrial application.
