The variable-load broacher counterweight system has the advantages that fluctuation of the current of the servo motor is continuously monitored, and when the detected current of the servo motor steps, the thrust of the counterweight cylinder is timely adjusted by a pneumatic counterweight device to balance load fluctuation caused by tension change and to suppress vibration during machining.
