The motor stalling monitoring device comprises: a processing module for obtaining feedback current,an estimated rotating speed and an estimated angle based on phase current of a motor; a control module for providing a phase control voltage based on a target rotating speed, the estimated angle andthe feedback current; and a judging module for judging whether the motor is subjected to stalling according to a quadrature axis voltage error value of a component of the calculated phase control voltage on a quadrature axis and/or a straight axis voltage error value of the component of the calculated phase control voltage on a straight axis, so as to provide a stalling early warning signal. According to the motor stalling monitoring device provided by the invention, the estimated rotating speed and the estimated angle of the motor are obtained through the processing module without using a position or rotating speed sensor. Furthermore, whether the motor is subjected to stalling through a straight axis judging method and/or a quadrature axis judging method, and the motor stalling monitoring device can be directly applied to all kinds of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor control systems to effectively detect the motor stalling state to achieve timely response and take effective protection measures to maximally extend the service life of the motor.
