Open-pit mine internally-dumping formation reconfiguration method capable of increasing soil moisture content and achieving quick fertilization

The invention discloses an open-pit mine internally-dumping formation reconfiguration method capable of increasing soil moisture content and achieving quick fertilization. In an internal dump, a soillayer, an aquifer, an aquifuge and a conventional dumping layer are arranged sequentially from the ground surface, a plurality of braiding channels and a plurality of water-diverting blind lanes are horizontally spread in the soil layer at intervals, the top surfaces of the braiding channels expose to the ground surface, the bottom surfaces of the braiding channels and the water-diverting blind lanes fit the bottom surface of the aquifer, and the braiding channels intersect with the water-diverting blind lanes so that every water-diverting blind lane is divided into multiple segments by the braiding channels; fertilizing and water-supplementing seepage pipes are laid in the braiding channels and are the same with the braiding channels in laying direction, and fertilizing and water-supplementing wells are longitudinally arranged at the start segments of the braiding channels and are communicated with the fertilizing and water-supplementing seepage pipes. The open-pit mine internally-dumping formation reconfiguration method capable of increasing the soil moisture content and achieving quick fertilization can decrease the evaporation amount of soil moisture, increase the rainfall infiltration amount and quickly fertilize and supplement water when the internal dump is low in ecological self-repairing capability at the initial stage of reclamation, so that the reclamation cost is saved and the survival rate of reclamation is increased.

Method for calculating water consumption of plant covered with degradable mulching film

The invention discloses a method for calculating the water consumption of a plant covered with a degradable mulching film, and belongs to the field of evaluation of water retention capacity of degradable mulching films. The method for calculating the water consumption of the plant covered with the degradable mulching film comprises the following steps: calculating soil mass water content by a drying method; calculating plant water consumption in time periods before and after the degradation time point of the degradable mulching film; calculating the soil water storage capacity; obtaining an irrigation volume and rainfall; and calculating the water consumption of the plant covered with the degradable mulching film. The water consumption of the plant covered with the degradable mulching filmis calculated in a summation mode, the error of overall calculation of the water consumption of the plant covered with the degradable mulching film is effectively reduced, and therefore the plant water consumption and the plant moisture production efficiency under the degradable mulching film covering condition can be calculated more accurately. Degradable mulching film material products suitablefor the plant can be screened out accordingly, and the suitable degradation time of the degradable mulching film under the high plant water production efficiency can be obtained through calculation and comparative analysis.

A method for reconstruction of internal drainage strata in open-pit mines by increasing soil moisture content and quickly fertilizing

The invention discloses an open-pit mine internal drainage stratum reconstruction method for rapid fertilization by increasing the soil moisture content. In the internal dump site, a soil layer, an aquifer, a water-repelling layer, and a conventional soil drainage layer are sequentially arranged from the surface downwards. A number of water collection channels are laid horizontally at intervals in the soil layer, and the top surface of the water collection channels is exposed to the surface. A plurality of water diversion blind alleys are horizontally laid at intervals in the soil layer. The water blind alley intersects with the water collection canal, and a water guide blind alley is divided into multiple sections by multiple water collection canals; the fertilization and water replenishment seepage pipe is laid inside the water collection canal, and the laying direction of the fertilization and water replenishment seepage pipe is the same as that of the water collection canal. Fertilization and water replenishment wells are arranged longitudinally in the initial section, and the fertilization and water replenishment wells are connected with the seepage pipes for fertilization and water replenishment. The invention reduces the evaporation of soil moisture, increases the rainfall infiltration, can realize rapid fertilization and water replenishment under the condition of weak ecological self-repair ability in the early reclamation stage of the inner dump site, saves reclamation cost and improves the survival rate of vegetation.

A kind of citral nanoemulsion under acidic condition and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a geranialdehyde nanoemulsion under an acidic condition and a preparation method thereof. The geranialdehyde nanoemulsion under the acidic condition consists of the following raw materials in weight percentages: 0.1-1.5% of geranialdehyde, 0.5-2.0% of emulsifier, 1.0-15.0% of oil phase and the balance being an acid buffer solution at a pH of 2.0-5.0. The present invention also provides a preparation method of the geranialdehyde nanoemulsion. Firstly the acid buffer solution at the pH of 2.0-5.0 is formulated and then the emulsifier and the buffer solution are mixed to obtain an aqueous phase component. The geranialdehyde and the oil phase are mixed to obtain an oil phase component. The aqueous phase component is added into the oil phase component to form a macroemulsion. The macroemulsion is then homogenized to obtain a geranialdehyde containing nanoemulsion which is uniform in particle size distribution. By a gas chromatographic analyzer test, after the prepared geranialdehyde nanoemulsion stored for two weeks, the geranialdehyde nanoemulsion still contains a large amount of geranialdehyde and less degradation products, indicating that the geranialdehyde nanoemulsion improves the stability of geranialdehyde in an acidic environment.

Composite biological bacterial fertilizer for petroleum-contaminated soil and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of fertilizers, and particularly relates to a composite biological bacterial fertilizer for petroleum-contaminated soil and a preparation method thereof. The composite biological bacterial fertilizer for petroleum-contaminated soil is prepared from an immobilized microbial agent, a base fertilizer and a modified composite carrier according to the mass ratio of (3-4): (8-15): (10-15). The immobilized microbial agent is prepared by immobilizing compound bacteria of serratia marcescens, candida tropicalis and pseudomonas fluorescens. The modified composite carrier is prepared from soybean meal, rapeseed meal and nanoscale fly ash according to a mass ratio of (5-8): (5-8): (2-3). The composite biological bacterial fertilizer provided by the invention can effectively degrade micromolecular and macromolecular hydrocarbons in petroleum-contaminated soil, and has good adsorption, intermiscibility and dispersion effects with a petroleum layer outsidesoil particles, so that the dispersion and permeation effects of a composite microbial agent and nutrients in the petroleum layer are realized, the inhibition effect of the petroleum layer on microorganisms and nutrients is reduced, and the composite microbial agent is promoted to degrade petroleum, and absorption of nutrients by plants in the contaminated soil is promoted.
