Disclosed is a high-efficient and quick cultivation technique for gastrodia elata. After low-temperature 'dormancy' treatment is conducted on selected and remained gastrodia seeds, the selected and remained gastrodia seeds are cultivated according to a conventional method, and the degradation phenomenon in the process of artificial cultivation can be avoided. The concrete scheme includes the following steps: placing the gastrodia seeds in an environment with the temperature of 6 to minus 8 DEG C, like a refrigerating chamber of a common refrigerator, for dormancy for 7 to 28 days; or placing the gastrodia seeds in a ventilated environment with the temperature of 3 to 8 DEG C for 15 to 20 days. A worker had better cover the gastrodia seeds with wet sand during the period of the dormancy to avoid excessive water evaporation. The high-efficient and quick cultivation technique for the gastrodia elata is simple and easy to master and popularize, and the serious degradation phenomenon in the process of the artificial cultivation is effectively avoided. A gastrodia elata yield is greatly improved by more than two times compared to cultivated gastrodia elata which do not undergo the dormancy treatment, the gastrodia elata is good in quality, large in size, fine in color, free of pest disease damage, the weight of the largest gastrodia elata is 325 grams, and successive high yield can be achieved. Therefore, the high-efficient and quick cultivation technique for the gastrodia elata provides an ideal method for gastrodia elata high-yield cultivation and suitable for gastrodia elata cultivation in civil air-defense fortifications, indoor sites or other places.
