The invention discloses a ricefield eel culture method. In two years when a young ricefield eel is cultured into an adult ricefield eel, a
cement pit culture method is used in the first year, and a net cage reed culture method is used in the second year. Each young ricefield eel is caught in the wild with the weight of 60-90g, and the weight of each adult ricefield eel is 160-210g. The ricefield eel is cultured in a
cement pit from May to September, is moved to be cultured in a net cage in February to March in the first year and is sold as the adult ricefield eel in November to December the next year. The
cement pit consists of a plurality of small pits with the width of 4 meters, the depth of 0.9 meter and the length of 5-6 meters, a drainage sign and a water inlet sign are respectively arranged on one edge of a
pool to form an opposite angle, a drainage
pipe hole is provided with an escape-prevention net, and the
pool wall is covered with one layer of
plastic film. According to the ricefield eel culture method disclosed by the invention, the cement pit culture is carried out in the first year so as to bring convenience for observing the eating and moving situation of the ricefield eel, and
acclimatization is better. The ricefield eel cultured in the cement pit has the advantages of proper size, good freshness and good
oxygen dissolving performance, and only water needs to be supplemented in
fixed time. If the young ricefield eel is successfully acclimatized in the cement pit, the young ricefield eel can quickly adapt and eat when being moved to the net cage, the growth period is prolonged, and the weight increment ratio is big.
