The invention discloses an all-
solid waste light
foam concrete thermal insulation material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by
mass: 20 to 30 parts of
magnesium slag, 30 to 40 parts of mineral
powder, 10 to 20 parts of
graphite tailings, 10 to 50 parts of modified glass
pumice, 18 to 81 parts of ChNFs suspension, 0.025 to 0.03 part of efficient polycarboxylic
acid water reducing agent, 40 to 55 parts of water, 0.2 to 0.36 part of
animal protein foaming agent and 0.15 to 0.25 part of
polyvinyl alcohol foam stabilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing and stirring
dry powder; 2, preparing
slurry; 3,
coating the modified glass
pumice with the ChNFs suspension liquid; 4, preparing foam
slurry; and 5, molding and curing in a mold. The
magnesium slag, the mineral
powder and the
graphite tailings are adopted to achieve resource absorption of
solid waste, the ChNFs suspension is adopted to wrap the modified glass
pumice to form functional coarse aggregate, CO2 is utilized for physical foaming, and the strength, durability and functionality of the
thermal insulation material are improved.
