Synthesis method of O-quaternized vanilla-based carbon residue particles based on amphiphilic biological carbon material

The invention discloses a synthesis method of O-quaternized vanilla-based chitosan carbon residue particles based on an amphiphilic biological carbon material, and belongs to the technical field of biology. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: preparing an amphiphilic biological carbon material from beer yeast cells by adopting a hydrothermal synthesis method, grafting chitosan by adopting a covalent binding method by taking the amphiphilic biological carbon material as a carrier, and carrying out structure modification on chitosan carbon residue particles by adopting a chemical method by taking vanillin and glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as modified materials, and obtianing the functionalized carbon residue particles. A series of characterization means verify successful covalent modification of chitosan, vanillin and glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. The functionalized carbon residue particles synthesized by the invention still have high dispersity in polar and non-polar solvents while retaining the advantage of antibacterial property of quaternized chitosan. The synthesis method is simple in process and low in cost. The synthetic product is low in irritation, good in biocompatibility, excellent in antibacterial property and good in amphipathy.
