This invention discloses a white, high-gloss, antibacterial, and
flame-retardant composition that inhibits the formation of black spots. It comprises 19.85-22.8 parts by weight of propylene homopolymer A, 30-40 parts by weight of propylene block
copolymer B, 8-15 parts by weight of bromobisphenol S derivative
flame retardant C, 5-10 parts of synergistic
flame retardant D, 15-30 parts of coated
zinc oxide E1, 15-30 parts of coated
barium salt, and 0.15-1 part of additive F. It is particularly important to note that the additive does not contain organic phosphite antioxidants, inorganic
hypophosphite additives,
thioester additives, or
carbonate additives. This composition achieves a UL94 1.6mm V0 flame retardant rating, while parts made from it have an excellent
ceramic-like gloss (60° gloss ≥80%). Surprisingly, without the addition of additional antibacterial agents, the composition itself has an antibacterial efficiency of over 90% against
Escherichia coli and imported
Staphylococcus aureus. With the addition of additional antibacterial agents, the
antibacterial effect against both of these
bacteria exceeds 99%. In addition, the number of black spots generated during the preparation process is significantly reduced.
