The invention provides a rose
cutting propagation method. The method includes the steps of (1) selecting branches, wherein the lower ends of the branches are
cut obliquely, buds which already grow outare removed, and only two buds are reserved; (2) preparing planting media, wherein each
flowerpot is 10-15 cm high, the distance between each
cutting medium and the upper brim of the corresponding
flowerpot is 3 / 4 of the total height of the
flowerpot, the flowerpots containing the
cutting media are soaked in water, the branches are inserted in to the cutting media, the upper brims of the flowerpots are sleeved with plastic bags, and the branches are completely contained in the plastic bags; (3) creating a planting environment and conducting initial
nursing, wherein a
greenhouse adopts transparent thin film and is covered with a sunshade screen, the
internal temperature of the
greenhouse is maintained at 18-28 DEG C, an atomizing
system, a
pesticide spraying
system and a ventilation systemare arranged on the top of the
greenhouse, and the greenhouse is also provided with environment monitoring cameras and
growth monitoring cameras; (4)
transplanting seedlings, wherein after roots growout, the sunshade screen is removed and the seedlings are transplanted into the planting media after the roots grow to the bottoms of the flowerpots and stretch out of water through holes. The rose cutting propagation method has the technical
advantage that the
survival rate of roses during propagation is increased.
