system is characterized in that a gas path of the whole vehicle is connected to a differential
assembly through a differential lock
electromagnetic valve, wherein a vehicle body control module is used for judging current vehicle speed and transmitting the current vehicle speed to a
chassis control module after acquiring a pulse
signal of a vehicle speed sensor through a combined instrument; the
chassis control module is used for controlling the differential lock
electromagnetic valve to be opened and closed to control the
switching time of the differential
assembly. According to the intelligent differential lock integrated
system with the structure, the differential lock
electromagnetic valve is logically controlled; a detection device is used for judging whether the vehicle is inconsistent with a differential lock operating standard or not according to the running state of the vehicle, and executing
mode switching; a
control logic and a judgment parameter can be set by virtue of
computer software, and a plurality of completely new functions of vehicle state identification, driving intension judgment, adaptive protection, parametric regulation,
failure diagnosis and the like of a differential lock are realized, so that the misoperation risk is reduced, and the reliability of the differential lock and other
chassis parts can be remarkably improved.
