The invention relates to a multifunctional plant conditioning matrix. The multifunctional plant conditioning matrix comprises, by weight, 20 to 300 parts of a rooting agent, 10 to 70 parts of a water-retaining agent, 1000 to 2000 parts of soil, and 10 to 50 parts of a heavy metal ion adsorbent. The heavy metal ion adsorbent comprises orange peel, corn, and bran which are taken as base materials, and a mixed bacterial agent which is taken as a modifier and comprises beer yeast, Gordon amarae, aspergillus oryzae, cladosporium sp, and rhizopus nigricans. Beneficial effects are that: organic combination of agricultural crop with bacteria is realized; heavy metal ions can be absorbed effectively; water retention, slow release, fertilizer retention, soil improvement, and biological activation effects are achieved; transplanted plant survival rate is increased, and soil structure is improved at the same time; the ingredients of the multifunctional plant conditioning matrix are degradable organic matters, so that environmental pollution is not caused.
