The invention discloses a rosinyl bis-quaternary ammonium surfactant, the general molecular formula of which is as follows. In the formula, R is a rosinyl ricyclic diterpene structure, X is Br or I, and n is larger than or equal to 1 and smaller than or equal to 10. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the compound: firstly, dehydroabietic acid or disproportionated rosin is adopted to prepare rosinyl tertiary amine, and then the rosinyl tertiary amine and saturated dihalide are prepared into the rosinyl bis-quaternary ammonium surfactant through quaternization. The synthesis of the rosinyl tertiary amine comprises the following steps: the dehydroabietic acid or the disproportionated rosin is converted into active acyl chloride intermediate, and then the acyl chloride intermediate and N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine are prepared into the rosinyl tertiary amine in the presence of the triethylamine which is used as the acid-binding agent. The rosinyl tertiary amine and the saturated dihalide are reacted in the solvent isopropyl alcohol, and then vacuum drying is performed after filtration. The prepared surface active agent has good surface activity performance; the raw material is inexpensive and easy to obtain, and can be biodegraded; the synthetic method is assisted with microwave, the reaction time is short, and the product purity is high.

An antifouling coating composition of the invention comprises: (A) a triorganosilyl ester-containing copolymer obtained by a mixture of (a) a triorganosilyl (meth)acrylate monomer represented by a general formula (1): R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl, and R2, R3, and R4 are equal or different each other, and each represent an alkyl group having 3 to 6 carbons and branched on α-position or a phenyl group, and (b) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with the triorganosilyl (meth)acrylate monomer, (B) a modified rosin salt which is a salt of a modified rosin and zinc and / or copper, the modified rosin containing, in an amount of 80 weight % or more, two or more members selected from the group consisting of dihydroabietic acid, tetrahydroabietic acid, dehydroabietic acid, pimaric acid, isopimaric acid, and dihydropimaric acid.

The method comprises the following steps: preparing methyl dehydroabietate from dehydroabietic acid, oxidizing in an acetic acid-acetic anhydride mixed solution with CrO3 to obtain methyl 7-carbonyl dehydroabietate, carrying out reaction on the methyl 7-carbonyl dehydroabietate and bromine in acetic acid to generate methyl 6-bromo-7-carbonyldehydroabietate, carrying out reaction on the methyl 6-bromo-7-carbonyldehydroabietate and thiocarbamide in acetic acid to obtain a dehydroabietic-acid-based B ring-fused-thiazole-amine intermediate, and carrying out reaction on the dehydroabietic-acid-based B ring-fused-thiazole-amine intermediate and a series of isorhodanates to obtain the dehydroabietic-acid-based B ring-fused-thiazole-thiocarbamide compounds. The invention implements synthesis of the dehydroabietic-acid-based B ring-fused-thiazole-thiocarbamide compounds for the first time. The antibacterial activity test indicates that the dehydroabietic-acid-based B ring-fused-thiazole-thiocarbamide compounds have certain antibacterial activities and widen the application range of dehydroabietic acid. The invention discloses an oxazolidinone dehydroabietate derivative as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: enabling dehydroabietic acid to react with epoxy propane halide to prepare glycidyl ester dehydroabietate; enabling the glycidyl ester dehydroabietate prepared in the above step to react with aromatic primary amine to prepare 3'-aromatic amino-2'-propyl hydroxydehydroabietate; then enabling the 3'-aromatic amino-2'-propyl hydroxydehydroabietate to react with a cyclization reagent to prepare the oxazolidinone dehydroabietate derivative. The prepared oxazolidinone dehydroabietate derivative can be used as an anti-tumor compound. The invention discloses a preparation method of dehydroabietic acid, comprising the following steps of: adding rosin into a solid acid catalyst and an ionic liquid as shown in the formula (I) to form a reaction system, performing a reflux condensation reaction for 1-10h at 80-150 DEG C, adding toluene into the reaction system for extraction after the reaction, taking a supernatant and concentrating, and letting a concentrate undergo column chromatography to obtain dehydroabietic acid. The solid acid catalyst and the ionic liquid as shown in the formula (I) are reused; according to the solid acid catalyst, ZrO2 and gamma-Al2O3 are used as carriers and Pt is used as an active component, wherein the mass ratio of the carrier ZrO2 to gamma-Al2O3 is 1:1 and load capacity of the active component is 0.1-1% according to the weight of the carriers. The solid acid and the ionic liquid are used to prepare dehydroabietic acid. The technology is easy to operate, conversion rate is high, ''three wastes (waste gas,waste water and industrial residue)'' are less, post-treatment is convenient, and the solid acid and the ionic liquid are repeatedly usable. The preparation method provided by the invention is an economical, practical, green and environmentally friendly technology.
