The invention provides a novel imidazoline compound corrosion inhibitor and belongs to the field of metal corrosion inhibition. The corrosion inhibitor aims at solving the problems that most oxidation film type corrosion inhibitors and precipitating film type corrosion inhibitors contain heavy metal or the phosphorus element, are large in toxicity and severely pollute the environment. The effective components of the corrosion inhibitor are formed by compounding, by mass, 10% to 30% of thiourea derivatives, 5% to 30% of alkali halide, 30% to 80% of imidazoline-ammonium-salt derivatives and 0 to 15% of urotropin. Raw materials or components of the novel imidazoline compound corrosion inhibitor prepared through the process are simple and easy to obtain and free of or low in toxicity, the characters of molecules of all the components are greatly different, the radii of the molecules of all the components are greatly different as well, and the complementary performance is high; all the components can be adsorbed to the metal surface after being compounded to form a dense monomolecular film; and the corrosion inhibitor has the beneficial effects of being good in universality, small in use amount, high in efficiency, low in toxicity, good in stability, simple in preparation process, low in cost and the like.

A complexing agent in the additive is a mixture of three kinds or more than three kinds of materials in lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, glycine, glycollic acid and salicylic acid through being mixed according to any proportion. A stabilizing agent is a composite stabilizing agent prepared from thiosemicarbazone derivatives and oxygenated chemicals according to a mass ratio of 1/10 to 30, and the oxygenated chemicals are iodate or molybdateor bromate, an accelerating agent is one kind of materials in glutaric acid or adipic acid. A buffering agent is prepared from either boric acid or sodium tetraborate and either acetic acid or sodiumacetate according to a mass ratio of 1/2 to 5. The chemical nickel plating additive of the invention can realize the mass production. When being used, the chemical nickel plating additive is directlyadded into water to be diluted according to the proportion for use, and the operation is simple. After the use for 8 to 10 periods, the plating layer performance and the speed are still stable, the stability of plating liquid is good, nickel is not separated out from the wall of a tank, the phosphorus content of the plating layer is stabilized ranged from 5 to 8 percent, and the plating layer is bright.

The invention provides an ether-based double-sulfur amine ester derivative or an ether-based bis-thiourea derivative and a preparation method and application thereof. The molecular structure of the ether-based double-sulfur amine ester derivative or the ether-based bis-thiourea derivative contains a large quantity of thioamide or thiourea or thioacid amide ether or other lipophilic groups and carboxyl hydrophilic groups. The preparation method includes the steps that bis-chloro-carbonic ester and thiocyanate are subjected to a substitution reaction, an intermediate product containing bis-acyl bis-isothiocyanate is generated, the intermediate and an alcohol compound or an amine compound or a phenol compound are subjected to an addition reaction, and then the ether-based double-sulfur amine ester derivative or the ether-based bis-thiourea derivative is obtained. The preparation method is simple, the prepared product directly serves as a non-molybdenum sulphide ore inhibitor, and floatation separation of molybdenum sulfide ore and the non-molybdenum sulphide ore can be effectively achieved. The preparation method is especially suitable for separation of molybdenite and copper sulphide ore, galena, sphalerite, pyrite, arsenopyrite, jamesonite concentrate, nickel sulfide ore, bismuth sulfide ore and the like, and the grade of molybdenum concentrate is improved.
