The invention relates to a dry recovery method of partial molten iron-steelmaking coal gas of an arc furnace. The method comprises the following steps: when molten iron is added in the arc furnace and oxygen-blowing and decarburization are performed, the micro-positive pressure in the arc furnace is ensured, then exhaust gas is cooled, dedusted and performs spark collection, the temperature is reduced to 150-180 DEG C, the dust content is not more than 30mg/Nm<3>; clean exhaust gas is sent to a coal gas switching station, if meeting the recovery conditions, the exhaust gas is sent to a coal gas cooling tower, the coal gas is cooled and then sent to a gas chamber, then a coal gas pumping station is used to pressurize and send the coal gas to each user; and if not meeting the recovery conditions, the exhaust gas is ignited and discharged through an emission chimney. The invention is characterized in that the process flow is simple, the existing devices can be fully used, the coal gas resource of arc furnace steel making can be effectively recovered, the recovery rate is not less than 80%, the economic benefit of the smelting enterprise is increased, and the air pollution caused by coal gas is reduced.
