Provided is a novel pressure sensing skin capillary scanning device. The device includes a probe housing, a handle, a galvanometer bracket, a galvanometer, a collimator, a lens rack, a lens, a supportand a light-permeable sheet; the lower surface of the light-permeable sheet, namely the surface in contact with skin, is provided with a thin-film pressure sensor. A system with the novel pressure sensing skin capillary scanning device includes a novel pressure sensing skin capillary scanning device body, wherein the novel pressure sensing skin capillary scanning device body comprises a sample arm, a reference arm, a 10/90 coupler, a circulator, an SLD light source, a red light source, a spectrograph and a computer. By utilizing the thin-film pressure sensor attached to the probe light-permeable sheet, the pressure performed by a probe on the skin surface can be directly measured and displayed by the computer; when the pressure exceeds a certain reasonable range, the computer can emit a warning sound; through pressure adjustment, the reasonableness and consistency of the depth of scanning carried out by an OCT system on skin capillaries are ensured.
