The fabric is woven by a water-jetloom through jetting 75D/72F superfine fiber polyesters as warp and two pieces of 70D/48F modified polyamide 6 as weft. According to the method, twill weave is used, the cool-feeling yarn has long floating threads, the warp and weft are interwoven for many times, so that when a customer is using the fabric, the skin is in contact with the modified polyamide 6 with the cool feature, and thus the good cool effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the warp in the method is superfine yarn with good moisture absorbing and quick-dry performance, so that the cool feeling of the fabric in contact is better. During a dyeing process, the innovative tatting weave acid dyeing technology is used, under a low temperature condition, the cool-feeling yarn is uniform in color and soft in hand feeling, and the problem of hand feeling and color change of the cool-feeling nylon occurring in common dyeing is overcome. According to national standard 2016, the cool feeling value of woven fabric should be not less than0.17 W/cm<2>, and the product has the cool feeling value above 0.3 W/cm<2> which is far more than the national standard.
