The device comprises an ammonia-water solution rectifying tower, an ammonia condenser, a liquid ammonia throttling valve, a liquid ammonia evaporator, a refrigerant ammonia absorber, an ammonia-water solution heat exchanger, an ammonia-water solution circulating pump, an ammonia-water solution reducing valve, a lithium bromide solution generator, a water vapor condenser, a water throttling valve, a water evaporator, a refrigerant water vapor absorber, a lithium bromide solution heat exchanger, a lithium bromide solution circulating pump and a lithium bromide solution reducing valve. An ammonia absorption refrigeration system and a lithium bromide absorption refrigeration system are integrated through heating medium water and chilled water energy flows. The process includes the steps that according to an energy gradient utilization principle, the heating medium water drives ammonia absorption refrigeration at first and then sequentially drives lithium bromide absorption refrigeration. The cable winding processing device with the cooling function comprises a first booster pump, a second booster pump, a filtering layer, a shock-absorbing adjusting device, a base and an air-drying box. By the use of the first booster pump, water in a water storage tank can flow through a water guide pipe and then is sprayed out of cleaning spray nozzles so as to conduct cleaning and cooling on a cable which penetrates through a cooling box. The filtering layer is arranged and used for filtering waste water generated by cable cleaning. A motor rotates and then drives a winding drum on a rotating shaft to conduct winding on the cable processed through air drying. Due to the fact that the shock-absorbing adjusting device is arranged, the winding range of the cable on the winding drum can be adjusted. Due to the fact that damping springs are arranged and used for conducting buffering and absorption on vibration generated when the cable makes contact with sliding plates in the process that the cable is wound around the winding drum, the phenomena that the cable and the sliding plates make rigid contact with each other, then the surface damage to the cable is caused, and the quality of the cable is affected are avoided, and the practicability of equipment is improved.

The invention provides a preparation method of a NbN thin film; further, a NbN/ AlN/NbN Josephson junction based SQUID device can be prepared on the basis of the preparation method, so that the SQUID device can work at a temperature higher than 4.2K; therefore, the refrigerating cost of a superconducting AQUID device is lowered.

A closed-loop system is formed by a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger which are arranged in a machine shell through a compressor and an expansion valve. When the air source heat pump works in a summer refrigerating mode, a spray system is arranged beside the second heat exchanger, namely a condenser; a plurality of nozzles of the spray system face heat exchange pipelines of the second heat exchanger and fins among the heat exchange pipelines of the second heat exchanger; and the spray system sprays water to the heat exchange pipelines of the second heat exchanger and the fins among the condenser, so the heat exchange efficiency of the air source heat pump is improved and the refrigeration cost is reduced by improving the effect of forced radiating of a fan by using the theory of radiating heat through evaporation; when the air source heat pump works in a winter heating mode, hot water pipes of a hot water tank adjacent to the second heat exchanger, namely an evaporator, and the heat exchange pipelines of the second heat exchanger are arranged at interval; and due to the heat exchange of the hot water pipes, the temperature of the evaporator is raised and frost on the surface of the evaporator is removed, the heat exchange efficiency of the air source heat pump is improved, the machine performance of the heat pump is improved, the heating cost is reduced and good heat supply effect is ensured.

The composite tin antimony oxide heat-insulating material has the advantages of good heat insulation effect, simple and easily-acquired raw materials and low cost, reduces the transmission of heat, lowers the temperature and saves the cooling cost. By adding ammonia water used as precipitant, tin antimony oxide can be firmly attached to the surfaces of the hollow beads, thereby ensuring that the composite tin antimony oxide heat-insulating material has long service life and good heat insulation effect; and the heat-insulating coating has good weatherability, high adhesive capacity and fine heat insulation effect.
