By selectively reducing the flow of deposition gases into the process chamber, the concentration of a sputtering gas, from which a plasma is formed, in the process chamber is increased without increasing the pressure therein. It is preferred that the flow of deposition gases be periodically terminated so as to provide a sputtering gas concentration approaching 100%. In this fashion, the etch rate of a conformal dielectric layer having adequate gap-filling characteristics may be greatly increased, while allowing an increase in the deposition rate of the same.

The simple solvothermal method is used for embedding ruthenium in aerogel in the process of aerogel formation, so that 3D ruthenium / graphene aerogel is formed, and freeze drying is then carried out; the dried aerogel undergoes surface carboxylation, the surface of the aerogel is then modified by an MOF material through a layer-by-layer self-assembly method, and ultimately, the MOF-modified 3D ruthenium / graphene aerogel composite material is obtained. The operation of the preparation method disclosed by the invention is relatively simple; because of the adsorptive property of the MOF material and the catalytic property of a catalyst, a cycle which includes adsorbing and catalyzing CO can be formed; in addition, because the instantaneous concentration of CO around the catalyst is increased by the adsorption of the MOF, the CO reaction rate is increased; and moreover, the product prepared by the preparation method has excellent CO treatment property,which is highly favorable for industrial application.

A method for producing sulfuric acid from gypsum comprises the steps of crushing gypsum, clay, coke and auxiliary materials, homogenizing, preheating in a three-stage preheater, calcinating in a rotary kiln while introducing oxygen-enriched air to obtain SO2 gas and clinker, feeding the SO2 gas into a sulfuric acid system for sulfuric acid production, and cooling the clinker with a cooling machine and feeding into a cement system for cement production. The inventive method designs raw material ratio, etc. with the focus of sulfuric acid production through the steps of preheating with the three-stage preheater and introducing oxygen-enriched air to produce sulfuric acid; and has the advantages of reduced calcination difficulty, remarkably increased sulfuric acid yield, remarkably reduced production cost, remarkably reduced calcination heat consumption, and distinct environmental and economic benefits. Also, the tail gas emission comes up to standards.

The method is capable of greatly improving the phosphogypsum utilization ratio, and high-concentration sulfur dioxide tail gas can be adsorbed to prepare sulfuric acid. The prepared sulphoaluminate cement clinker is high in hardening rate, high in early-stage strength, and stable in later-stage strength increase; performance tests indicate that the mechanical strength of the sulphoaluminate cement prepared by the method conforms to the rapid-hardening sulphoaluminate cement standard.

The method can improve the utilization rate of flue gas desulfurization gypsum by a large margin, and the tail gas containing sulfur dioxide with a higher concentration can be absorbed to prepare sulfuric acid; the prepared sulphoaluminate cement clinker is fast in rate of hardening, high in early strength and further promotes the stability of later strength; through the performance tests, it is indicated that the mechanical strength of the sulphoaluminate cement prepared by the method meets the standard of rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement.

The gasfier comprises an upper gasifier body, a lower gasifier body, a seed region, a blow-in region and a soot door which are sequentially combined and connected, and is characterized in that the upper and lower gasifier bodies are formed by two concentric cylinders, the height of the lower gasifier body is the same as that of the upper gasifier body, and the diameter of the upper gasifier body is 80 to 85 percent of that of the lower gasifier body; the bottom end of the upper gasifier body extends into the top end of the lower gasifier body by 10 to 20cm in depth, the diameter differential place where the upper gasifier body is connected with the lower gasifier body is sealed by welding a steel plate to be used as an air getting tank, and one end of the air getting tank is connected with an air getting pipe through an opening; an air distribution plate is arranged between the seed region and the blow-in region; the top of the upper gasifier body is an opening for feeding garbage, and a top cover is arranged at the upper part of the opening. According to the gasifier provided by the invention, through diminishing the upper gasifier body and supercharging and increasing speed skillfully, the gasification effect and the quality of producing gas are improved.

Device and method for increasing concentration of volatile sample and matter detector

The invention discloses a device and method for increasing the concentration of a volatile sample. The device comprises a sample container and a storage cavity, wherein the sample container is sealedby a piston and connected to the storage cavity by a first gas circuit pipeline, the storage cavity is sealed by a piston and is connected to a detecting instrument by a second gas circuit pipeline, and when the piston in the sample container slides from an initial position along a first direction, the volume in the sample container increases, and the air pressure decreases, so that a volatile matter in a sample in the sample container volatilizes more intensely, and the gas concentration increases; the volatile matter is transported from the sample container into the storage chamber through the first gas circuit pipeline, and then is pressurized and compressed by the piston to increase the sample concentration; valves of the first gas circuit pipeline and the second gas circuit pipeline are controlled to open and close to control the volatile matter of the sample to be continuously or discontinuously delivered to the detecting instrument. The device can increase the gas concentrationof the volatile matter in the sample in a simple and effective manner without complicated pretreatment, and has a simple structure and high efficiency.
