A reinforced composite system for constructing insulated concrete structures comprising, panels having a foam plastic core between outside and inside reinforcement layers, reinforcement layers substantially strengthen the panels during material handling and construction, greatly reducing deflection of the panels between studs when placing concrete allowing walls to be filled in one lift. Panels are placed horizontally in an opposing and parallel spaced-apart relation. Opposing panels are placed end to end in rows and stacked vertically, rows of panels being staggered from each other so panel ends in adjacent rows do not line up vertically. Vertical studs are embedded in panels extending the full height of the panels, each stud having a flange for receiving mechanical fasteners and groove for receiving spreaders. A plurality of spreaders at each stud location extend between opposing panels and slidably engaging the studs in opposing panels. Spreaders are stacked vertically in such a manner as to engage studs half their height above and below the horizontal joints between rows of panels. Each spreader has opposing flanges connected by horizontal members, horizontal members having multiple formations, when spreaders are stacked the formations compliment each other allowing wall reinforcement bars to be restrained in any preferred location. Hollow horizontal stiffeners may be utilized to accommodate electrical wiring. Locations of vertical studs are shown by markings on the exterior of panels. Hinged corner forms and bearing ledge forms can be shipped flat and rotated into position on site.

A graphic arts die and support plate assembly is provided that is adapted to be mounted as a unit on the chase of a flat bed or rotary graphic arts press. The assembly includes a plurality of spaced individual dies fixedly mounted in predetermined relative relationship on a support plate member of the unit. Alignment holes in each die that register with orifices in the support plate member are adapted to receive temporary alignment pins thereby assuring correct positioning of the dies with respect to one another on the support plate member until the dies are affixed to the support plate member. Makeready and die lock-up time of the press is significantly decreased because all dies of the assembly may be preregistered with a design artwork before mounting of the die and support assembly on the press. A series of graphic arts die units are also provided that are adapted to be mounted as an assembly encompassing more than 180° of the circumference of a rotary press chase. The graphic arts die units have die support plate members that may be aligned with indicia on the press chase, and that have notch structure receiving a tool for facilitating alignment and spacing between adjacent die support plate members. Cutouts in the die support plate members permit manual selective shifting of a die relative to the die support plate member therefor using a tool received in a cutout and engageable with the die.

The magnetohydrodynamic power generation system comprises an annularly-enclosed channel, wherein a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve which are arranged in the same direction are arranged on the channel; the channel is filled with magnetic fluid; and a solar panel for heating the magnetic fluid by means of solar energy is arranged between the two one-way valves. The magnetohydrodynamic power generation system also comprises magnets which are arranged in parallel with the channel, wherein a group of leads which are vertical to a magnetic field are arranged at intervals between the magnets and the channel; and the two ends of the leads are connected with power storage equipment or connected to a power grid. During working, solar energy heat is absorbed by the solar panel to heat the magnetic fluid in the channel in order that the magnetic fluid expands. The heated magnetic fluid starts flowing due to expansion, and flows in the annular channel along a single direction at a certain speed after passing through the one-way valves. When the magnetic fluid flows through the channel close to the magnets at a certain speed, flowing magnetic fields are formed between the magnetic fluid and the magnets, and the leads cut magnetic induction lines through relative motion of the magnetic fluid and the magnets, so that current is generated in the leads.
