A preparation method of the Arisaema cum bile comprises the following steps: S1, crushing: crushing the processed Arisaema cum bile into fine powder by using a crusher, and sieving the fine powder by using an 80-meshsieve for later use; S2, mixing: adding 30 kg of the bile paste powder into every 100 kg of the fine powder of the crushed processed Arisaema cum bile, putting the fine powder and the bile paste powder into a stirrer, adding a proper amount of water, carrying out uniform mixing, and performing kneading to obtain coarse granules for later use, wherein the kneading is terminated until the coarse granules can be made into a ball through grasping by the hand and the formed ball is scattered immediately after being thrown; and S3, steaming: steaming the mixed materials in a vacuum gas phase replacement type herbal medicine infiltrating machine for 60 minutes until the materials are thoroughly steamed, taking out the steamed materials, and transferring the steamed materials into a drying room.The invention aims to provide the Arisaema cum bile and the preparation method thereof.
