turbine combustion chamber gas-liquid dual fuel mixed
combustion test
system and working method thereof, comprising: a
combustion cavity unit, a combustion state monitoring unit, a
liquid fuel supply unit, a gas
fuel supply unit, a main air supply unit and a central
control unit; the combustion cavity unit comprises a test shell, a
flame tube, a dual fuel
nozzle and an igniter, the
flame tube is installed in the inner cavity of the test shell and is fixed by the head and
tail support. The present application sets up a test
system by setting a dual fuel
nozzle and a
flame tube in a unique test shell, and configuring an igniter, a pressure pulsation sensor and other structures, combined with a central control computer to ensure that the
combustion chamber outlet temperature remains unchanged, through precise control of the gas fuel and
liquid fuel flow, the dual fuel mixed combustion characteristic curve under each working condition is automatically obtained.
