safety control system applicable to wheatgrass
powder processing, specifically relating to the field of
food quality control technology. It involves acquiring process
traceability information to trace related batches that share equipment, containers, or are processed in adjacent time periods with the target batch, and generating a cross-contact candidate set based on the clearing interval relationship. The
system extracts the test results of the corresponding inspection items in the cross-contact candidate set at the preceding, intermediate, and final inspection processes, and calculates a threshold proximity change sequence according to the process position. Based on the threshold proximity change sequence, it compares the deviation direction, deviation continuity, and batch-to-batch synchronicity of the same inspection item across processes to generate a detection matrix deviation marker set. Based on the cross-contact candidate set and the detection matrix deviation marker set, it matches the target batch with the corresponding
review process, review item, and review sequence, calls the re-inspection results of the corresponding batch under the corresponding
review process to perform a consistency judgment with the original inspection results, and outputs batch release judgment data.
