The invention belongs to the technical field of feeds, and particularly relates to a
processing technology for preparing an
ampelopsis grossedentata feed
raw material by utilizing waste stem leaves of
ampelopsis grossedentata. The specific process comprises the following steps: 1) crushing waste stems and leaves after
ampelopsis grossedentata is picked to be less than 30cm by adopting a wet material
crusher; 2) rolling the crushed
ampelopsis grossedentata stems and leaves for 2-3 times by using a tooth type three-roller roller press to obtain rolled
ampelopsis grossedentata stems and leaves; 3) carrying out disc milling on the rolled
ampelopsis grossedentata stems and leaves for 2-3 times by using a
disc mill (with rated power of 3500 W and rotating speed of 1500
revolutions per minute), and screening by using a screen to obtain ampelopsis grossedentata particles of less than 20 meshes; 4) adjusting the
moisture of the ampelopsis grossedentata particles to about 50-60%, putting the ampelopsis grossedentata particles into a
steam explosion reaction device, and maintaining for 3-5 minutes under the
steam explosion pressure of 1-2 MPa to obtain steam-exploded ampelopsis grossedentata particles; 5) uniformly mixing the steam-exploded ampelopsis grossedentata particles,
cellulase,
saccharomyces cerevisiae
powder and
lactobacillus plantarum
powder, and adjusting the
moisture to 30-40%; and (6) loading into a
fermentation tank or a
breathing bag, and fermenting for 3-5 days to obtain the ampelopsis grossedentata feed
raw material. The ampelopsis grossedentata feed
raw material prepared by the invention has obvious sour and sweet smell, and compared with a control group, the ampelopsis grossedentata feed raw material has the advantages that the crude
protein content is increased by 15.41%, the crude
fiber content is reduced by 49.93%, the total flavone content is increased by 33.62%, the dihydromyricetin content is increased by 36.47%, and the ampelopsis grossedentata feed raw material has acid fragrance, has good antibacterial ability and
antioxidant ability, and can be used for preparing the feed. The feeding nutritional value and the economic value of the ampelopsis grossedentata waste are effectively improved.
