The invention belongs to the technical field of oral clinic, and discloses a synthesis and detection method of a modified novel antibacterial resin type pit and fissure sealing agent, which comprises the following steps: preparing the pit and fissure sealing agent, and screening the dosage relation; carrying out performance detection on the prepared pit and fissure sealing agent, grouping according to the mass fraction of DMADDM, and respectively detecting the photocuring depth, cytotoxicity, surface roughness and microhardness of the pit and fissure sealing agent, with five samples in each group; carrying out antibacterial performance detection before and after biological aging; and carrying out micro-leakage detection after biological aging. The modified resin sealant material can effectively resist the aging effect of an oral biofilm, has a long-acting and sustainable antibacterial effect while maintaining excellent mechanical properties, and makes up for the deficiency of the long-acting anti-caries performance of the existing pit and fissure sealant. The quaternary ammonium salt modified pit and fissure sealing agent developed by the invention has a long-acting antibacterial function, can effectively improve the success rate of caries prevention, and is expected to become a clinically ideal novel pit and fissure sealing material.
