By detecting the concentration of a series of bile acids in the plasma of a patient, the evaluation of the spermatogenic function and other testis spermatogenic states of male infertility is reflected. The method is suitable for evaluating various testicular spermatogenesis disorder states such as non-obstructive azoospermia, oligospermia, asthenospermia and spermatogonia, has the advantages of no need of sperm collection, high noninvasiveness, high sensitivity and wide applicable population, and is suitable for evaluating the male fertility rate and assisting in formulating an individualized assisted reproduction diagnosis and treatment scheme.
