The invention discloses an anti-condensation control method for a five-constant
system, which belongs to the technical field of heating ventilation air conditioners and comprises a
chilled water pump, a fan coil, a
capillary network, a first electric valve, a second electric valve, a third electric valve, a fourth electric valve and a
control system.
Chilled water flow direction switching is achieved through on-off combination of the electric valves; the
control system comprises an environmental parameter acquisition module, a
data processing module and an
execution control module, a condensation risk judgment
algorithm K = (Ts-Td) / deltaT0 (wherein Td = T-(100-phi) / 5) is built in the
data processing module, and a cooling mode is controlled according to the K value: when K is greater than or equal to 1, only
capillary network radiation cooling is performed; when K is smaller than or equal to 0, only the fan coil supplies cold and dehumidifies; and when K is greater than 0 and less than 1, the two are combined for cooling, and the opening of the electric valve is linearly correlated with the K value. The problem that condensation is prone to occurring when
fresh air dehumidification of an existing
system fails is solved, self-adaptive adjustment of the cooling mode is achieved, the condensation risk
elimination rate is 100%,
energy consumption is reduced by 15-20%, and the reliability and comfort of the
system are improved.
