leachate; pretreating the 
leachate; adjusting the pH value of the 
leachate, specifically, the pH value of the leachate is adjusted to 5.1-5.2; filtering and purifying the leachate, specifically, the leachate obtained after pH value adjustment is subjected to vacuum 
filtration and cleaning, and a cleaning solution and purification residues are obtained; adjusting the temperature of the cleaning solution to 30-40 DEG C; adding flocculants into the cleaning solution, and stirring the cleaning solution evenly; adjusting the pH value of the cleaning solution for dynamic 
precipitation, specifically, the pH value of the cleaning solution is adjusted to 9-11, the increasing speed of the pH value is controlled to be 1-2 / h, dynamic 
precipitation is conducted, vacuum 
filtration and cleaning are conducted afterwards, and 
precipitation residues and supernatant are obtained; and 
roasting the precipitation residues, specifically, the obtained precipitation residues are put into a roasting furnace to be roasted,and the materials obtained after roasting are 
rare earth element oxides. According to the rare earth mine 
sediment and roasting extracting process, the flocculants are added in the precipitation process for cross-linking reaction, the precipitation speed is increased, and the precipitation efficiency is improved. As the organic flocculants are added, the organic flocculants burn and volatilize inthe roasting process, and extraction of the rare earth is not affected.
