The invention provides a method for recycling excess sludge of a municipal sewage plant. The method comprises the following steps: (1) feeding the excess sludge into an acidification and mixing tank to adjust TS concentration and pH value of the sludge, then carrying out ultrasonic wave and microwave treatment, adding crushed straws or/and fecal residues, and then adding a solidification stabilizer to carry out adsorption passivation treatment on heavy metal ions in the sludge; (2) carrying out anaerobic fermentation; (3) dehydrating and desulfurizing biogas generated by anaerobic fermentation, delivering the biogas into a double-membrane gas storage cabinet, and generating electricity by utilizing the biogas; (4) sterilizing the sludge generated by anaerobic fermentation and carrying outsolid-liquid separation to obtain biogas residue mud cakes and biogas slurry; (5) returning part of the biogas slurry to the acidification and mixing tank, and carrying out nitrification and denitrification treatment on the rest biogas slurry to reach the standard and then discharging the biogas slurry; and (6) adding nutrient elements into the biogas residue mud cakes, and drying and granulatingthe biogas residue mud cakes to obtain a granular organic fertilizer. According to the method, the environmental protection property of an existing excess sludge treatment method can be improved, theresource utilization degree of the excess sludge can be improved, and the treatment energy consumption of the excess sludge can be reduced.
