MTC dye-based visual detection method of blood unbound transferrin and application thereof

The invention discloses an MTC dye-based method for detecting blood unbound transferrin, and belongs to the technical field of clinical detection methods. An MTC dye is mixed with blood to be detected; when unbound ferritin in the blood is increased, the MTC aggregation form can be induced to be converted into J-aggregate; therefore, the color of the to-be-detected blood becomes blue; there is a maximum absorbance peak value at 660 nm, change of the concentration of the unbound ferritin in the blood is judged according to change of the color of the blood to be detected, and the concentration of the unbound ferritin in the blood is calculated according to the value of the absorbance of the blood to be detected, so that detection of the unbound ferritin in the blood is realized. According tothe detection method, only one MTC detection substance needs to be used, the steps are simple and convenient, interference factors are few, and therefore a detection result is stable. Meanwhile, according to the detection method disclosed by the invention, visual detection of the blood unbound ferritin based on the MTC dye is realized along with the visible color change.
