The granular organic fertilizer provided by the invention can be used for accurately regulating and controlling the conversion and release processes of a nitrogen element in the granular organic fertilizer, and is used for meeting the demand, for nitrogen, ofa crop at different growth phases, improving the application production efficiency of organic fertilizer, reducing an undesirable influence on an environment, realizing the once applying of the basefertilizer of the organic fertilizer, meeting the demand of the crop in a whole growth period and decreasing fertilizer and labor cost.

The method fully considers the nutrients in the saline-alkali soil, reduces loss of the base fertilizer and increases the utilization rate of the base fertilizer and the yield of the paddy rice. The method is applied in the field of paddy rice planting.
