The invention provides an automatic conveying device and method for denitrifying catalyst extrusion green bodies. The device comprises a cutting machine, an accelerating belt conveyer, a laminating machine, a clamping and transferring machine, a capping machine, a tray stacking machine, a belt conveyer and a PLC controller. The cutting machine, the laminating machine and the clamping and transferring machine are sequentially in serial connection through the accelerating belt conveyer. The clamping and transferring machine, the capping machine and the tray stacking machine are sequentially in serial connection through the belt conveyer, and the cutting machine, the laminating machine, the clamping and transferring machine, the accelerating belt conveyer, the capping machine, the tray stacking machine and the belt conveyer are respectively connected with the PLC controller. Under the control of the PLC controller, the denitrifying catalyst extrusion green bodies can be cut, laminated, clamped and transferred by the cutting machine, the laminating machine and the clamping and transferring machine when being conveyed by the accelerating belt conveyer. The clamped and transferred extrusion green bodies can be controlled to be sequentially capped and stacked on trays by the capping machine and the tray stacking machine when being conveyed by the belt conveyer. The automatic conveying device for the denitrifying catalyst extrusion green bodies achieves continuous and automatic production transportation.
