The invention provides a die opening and closing mechanism for a high-speed panel-type blister packing
machine. The die opening and closing mechanism comprises a
cam driven by a spline spindle, a cooling water plate which moves vertically along a linear guiding
system, a lower die arranged on the cooling water plate, and an upper die located above the lower die, and is characterized by further comprising a pulling rod guide plate which is driven by the
cam to move horizontally leftwards and rightwards; the pulling rod guide plate is connected with a lifting axle base; one end of the lifting axle base is fixedly hinged, and the lifting axle base is driven by the pulling rod guide plate to swing around a
hinge point at the end; the other end of the lifting axle base is hinged to a connection rod mechanism; and while the lifting axle base swings, the lower die is driven by the connection rod mechanism to move vertically along the linear guiding
system. According to the die opening and closing mechanism for the high-speed panel-type blister packing
machine, die closing pressure is dissolved through a connection rod mechanism method, and load is prevented from acting on
cam transmission directly. When the die closing pressure is a definite value, the torque for driving the cam to rotate is reduced exponentially, so that the output torque of an
electric motor is reduced; the output rotation speed of the
electric motor is increased; and the operation speed of the blister packing
machine is enhanced.
