Method and device for improving performance of intrinsic safety switching power supply

The invention discloses a method and a device for improving the performance of an intrinsic safety switching power supply in an explosive dangerous environment. By adoption of the method for detecting the change rate of a current by an inductor, a main circuit is cut off; the time of the current change during short circuit is delayed by the inductor to make the current start rising after a voltage is reduced to zero, so discharging energy during the occurrence of a fault is reduced; and the change rate of the current during the short circuit is controlled by the inductor, so the influence of electromagnetic interference (EMI) is reduced. A current differential measurer of the device is connected with an input end of a driving circuit; an output end of the driving circuit is connected with control ends of switches; the first switch is connected in series with a current-limiting inductor; the second switch is grounded by a load resistor (RL); the current-limiting inductor is connected in parallel with a diode; and the current-limiting inductor and the diode which are connected in parallel are grounded by the RL. The invention has the advantages that: the power of the intrinsic safety switching power supply is improved; the safety and reliability of an intrinsic safety system are improved; the change rate of the current is reduced; and the EMI is reduced.

The motor comprises a direct current motor, a gear speed reducer, a control module and a rotating speed detecting module, wherein the gear speed reducer is used for conducting speed reducing on output of the direct current motor, the control module controls the direct current motor to operate, and the rotating speed detecting module is used for detecting the operating speed of the direct current motor. The method is characterized by including the following steps that the rotating speed detecting module detects the real-time operating speed of the direct current motor; the control module automatically controls the direct current motor to operate according to signals detected by the rotating speed detecting module, the direct current motor is maintained at constant preset speed which does not change along with the load after the speed of the direct current motor is reduced through the gear speed reducer, and the preset speed is smaller than the operating speed of the motor when the motor is unloaded at nominal voltage. When the direct current motor is a curtain motor, the preset speed is smaller than the operating speed of the curtain motor when the curtain motor is at nominal load, and the curtain motor is maintained at preset speed in a PWM speed regulating mode. When the direct current motor is a direct current tubular motor, the preset speed is smaller than the uplink speed of the direct current tubular motor when the direct current tubular motor is at nominal load.

In the previous two situations, duty ratios of the PWM control pulses are in reverse proportion to the error values. Corresponding charging and discharging energy distribution is performed according to the energy state of each energy storagemodule, so that energy balanced control is realized.
