The invention discloses a gas high-sealing low-loss pressurizing
system and method. The
system is composed of a low-pressure tank, a
vacuum pump, a pressure accumulator, a
diaphragm compressor, a high-pressure tank, valves, pipelines, instruments and the like. As the
vacuum pump vacuumizes the low-pressure tank with the fixed volume, low-pressure process gas is exhausted and then fed into the pressure accumulator with the variable volume, the process gas is fed into the
metal diaphragm compressor through the pressure accumulator to be compressed and exhausted into the high-pressure tank, the dual functions of vacuumizing and compression are achieved, and gas residues are reduced. Variable volume compensation is carried out by the pressure accumulator through a
metal corrugated
pipe diaphragm, and the requirements of an outlet of the
vacuum pump and a compression inlet of the
metal diaphragm for the pressure of the process gas are guaranteed. The whole pressurizing
system is sealed by an all metal material, and gas leakage and
permeation are reduced. The system and method are used for carrying out compression pressurization,
volume reduction storage, transportation and the like on various kinds of high-purity gas, expensive gas, dangerous gas and
radioactive gas.
